I have been working as a Hypnotherapist since 1999. In 2004, I combined my love of Hypnotherapy with my training as a teacher and opened The Horizon Center School of Hypnotherapy. I founded the Canadian Association of Counselling Hypnotherapists and Educators and was the president of that association for several years before stepping down to focus on other interests. I got a taste for doing radio shows when I was invited over 50 times to discuss hypnosis on a local talk radio show. This prompted me to create my own podcast, the Hypno Dojo which is geared towards students and practitioners of Hypnotherapy. When I am not teaching or helping clients with anxiety, OCD, depression or habit control, I enjoy reading, belly dance and working on a new pet project with my husband; a virtual theatre where we bring live entertainment into your home via Zoom. I am also the proud mother of both a human baby and a fur baby.
